BEFORE YOU REGISTER

CUGA membership is:

​

• MANDATORY for insurance purposes.

• MANDATORY for all players participating in the clinic.​

• Valid for the calendar year (Jan 1 to Dec. 31)

• For the year of the clinic (2026):

  • If you are already a member - you can register to the clinic

  • If you are not a member – you must:

    1. Fill and submit the waiver form for each player

    2. Add the CUGA membership to your cart for each player

    3. Register to the program(s) of your choice
