Beginners
This program is intended for adults who have little or no experience playing Underwater Hockey (but would love to try it out).
Sessions: Ongoing at each session (once you register we will contact you to arrange the dates)
Schedule: Fridays from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Number of courses: 3
Maximum number of players: 4
Note: A game takes place from 9:00 pm to 9:50 pm. You are welcome to participate.

Details
A combination of short classroom discussions, skill demonstrations in the water and finally a real game each week make this a great way to find out about this great 3D sport.
There will be a total of three (3) courses, after which, if you like it and want to continue playing, you'll be able to register for the Friday All Levels Program and the Canadian Underwater Games Association mandatory membership ($30). The $30 you paid for the Beginner program will be fully credited in the form of a coupon, applicable on the CUGA membership fee.
Before you register, if you have not already done so, please add your name to the email list on the home page of this website. This will ensure you receive important messages such as pool cancelations, events, registration dates, etc.
You should arrive in the change room at 7:15 pm so you are ready to go on the pool deck at 7:30 pm. Present yourself on the pool deck in front of the lifeguards' office.
GO-UWH lends all the equipment for the duration of the program if you don't have any.
