This program is intended for swimmers who are 12 years old and over or that have graduated from the Nemo program.
The coaches will indicate to the child in which level they will be in at the first course.
Schedule: Fridays from 7:00 to 8:50 pm
Session begins: April 5th
Session ends: June 14th

Details
Note that each player must become a member of the Canadian Underwater Games Association (CUGA) to be able to register in GO-UWH programs. There are no membership fees for minors. Select the option at the top of this page to add the Mandatory Membership to your cart for each registering player. The CUGA membership is valid for the current calendar year.
Pre-requisite:
- Wearing a mouth guard is mandatory. You can purchase an internal or external mouth guard. The external model is available for purchase on this site and can be picked up at the pool upon presentation of your receipt.

Kids should be changed & on deck by 6:45pm for an on deck warm-up near the lifeguards' office.
Before you register, if you have not already done so, please add your name to the email list. This will ensure you receive important messages such as pool cancelations, events, registration dates, etc.
