The "All Levels" Program is open to players of ALL skill levels who are interested in more competitive play. This program is fairly fast. Both women and men are welcome.
Schedule: Tuesdays from 6:30 to 7:45 pm

Details
Note that each player must become a member of the Canadian Underwater Games Association (CUGA) to be able to register in regular GO-UWH programs. Membership costs $30/calendar year per player. If you haven't already done so during the current calendar year select the option at the top of this page to add the Mandatory Membership fee to your cart. The CUGA membership is valid for the calendar year in which it is paid (you only pay once every a year - covers January to December). If you already are a member you don't need to pay again until January.
Pre-requisites:
- Juniors: U19 level or above (check with your coach to confirm);
- Completion of the Adults Friday All Levels program or minimum three (3) months experience;
- Wearing a mouth guard is mandatory. You can purchase an internal or external mouth guard. The external model is available for purchase on this site and can be picked up at the pool upon presentation of your receipt;
- It is expected that players registering in a regular program have the basic equipment (fins, mask, cap, snorkel, glove, as well as black and white sticks), as the equipment the club lends is meant to be used for the beginner program;
- Note that you can make your own glove with no special tools for approximately $5-$7. You can also make your own sticks if you have some tools. Ask your coach.
